[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1425147664372{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]Who are we? We are parents and grandparents, teens and toddlers. What we have in common is that we are not willing to allow secular society to define the question, “what is the truth?” We believe that the only real source of truth is God’s Word, as set forth in the Bible.

Science is not about consensus. Science is about the study of the physical and natural world through the scientific method.  Scientists use this method of systematic observation and experiments to gather information and answer questions about our world. Historical science, the study of things that occurred in the past, on the other hand, is not reliable and cannot establish facts for it requires many assumptions and cannot use the scientific method to observe or test the events of the past. The hard facts gathered through the scientific method, are not subject to debate; however, what is debatable is how people interpret these facts. While examining the same evidence, two people with differing worldviews can come to very different conclusions.

It is very important to teach our children to develop critical thinking and reasoning skills. These skills are essential in helping them unravel the common prejudices and misconceptions of the “scientific community”.  With these tools our children can come to their own conclusions about the facts rather that blindly accept the conclusions they are forced-fed by the secular scientific community.  Christian kids are walking away from their faith at an alarming rate of more than 70 percents. That statistic is directly linked to the teaching of Darwinian evolution as scientific fact.  Anyone who questions the popular consensus is ridiculed as unsophisticated, ignorant, even stupid. When college kids are asked about their reasons for loosing their faith, they point to evolution and the age of the earth as the two main factors responsible for them questioning and or rejecting their faith.

In reality, many PhD level scientist question the general consensus on evolution and the age of the earth. The fact is that an unbiased and honest evaluation of the scientific evidence clearly supports the creation account in the Bible.  By equipping children with facts and training them to use solid logical thinking,Christian children will be able to defend their beliefs against any secular  “expert”.

We believe that we, the Christian community, are failing our children by not equipping them to make honest assessments about the truth and to defend their beliefs with confidence and skill. Our church “Sunday Schools” teach the children Bible stories, which are important, but are insufficient training for our children to defend their faith. Our children are under constant attack. The world is constantly bombarding them with messages about seventy-million year old dinosaurs and the evolution of animals and people.  They are being indoctrinated into the dangerous systems of Humanism and Relativism. We need to be intentional in teaching our children Christian apologetics, especially if our children are in secular schools. If we are not diligent, our children will be lost to us by the time they graduate high school.  And that is a tragedy we cannot afford.

We will strive to provide valuable resources through Creation Learning Centers so Christian families can raise their children with confidence.  Confidence that their kids will: know and understand the truth; recognize and dismantle the logical fallacies and lies used to misdirect them; be equipped to withstand the worldly pressures used to destroy their faith so they will always be ready to give an answer to every man that asks them a reason of the hope that is in them, with meekness and fear.
